Some of our initiatives include:
YYC Miles
This newly introduced program encourages peer recognition of exceptional performance.
Through an online process, employees can recognize their peers for going above and
beyond their regular duties.
Service Awards
In conjunction with our YYC Miles program, employees are recognized for every five
year service milestone.
Retirement Awards
Employees are honoured with a reception and a gift upon retirement.
Engagement
We believe that all work and no play creates an unhealthy work environment. At YYC
there are plenty of opportunities to socialize and have fun with colleagues. Join
the YYC Slow Pitch team or participate in our many social events such as the Annual
Staff Christmas Party or staff BBQ's.
