Evaluation of applicant suitability
After the posting closes, we will review your resume to determine whether your
qualifications are an appropriate match with the job posting. If we feel they are,
we will contact you to arrange an interview.
Interview Process
Applicants can expect to attend one or more formal interviews depending on the
candidate pool and position. Interviews are conducted by a team of interviewers.
During the interview process, candidates will also go through an aptitude test as
well as testing for relevant technical skills.
Due Diligence
All offers of employment are subject to a candidate verification process:
- Candidate Verification: References, education, professional
credentials and criminal records will be reviewed and verified. A driver's abstact
will also be reviewed if the position requires you to operate Authority vehicles.
- Medical and Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates offered a safety
sensitive position will be given a conditional offer of employment subject to the
successful results of a pre-employment medical evaluation and a drug and alcohol
test.
