Luggage Check-In
Luggage can be checked in at your airline check-in counter on the Departures level of YYC. Please check with your airline for luggage weight limits.
Luggage Carousels
After arriving at YYC, follow the signs to the luggage carousels on the Arrivals level of the Terminal. The monitors above each carousel will display a flight number and airline, identifying what luggage will be dispensed on the carousel. Please be sure to check name and baggage tags to ensure that you are collecting the correct piece of luggage.
Lost / Damaged Luggage
If your luggage does not arrive or is damaged, please visit the Luggage Claim Office located in the baggage claim area. Alternatively, you can contact the airline directly: Airline Information.
Oversized and Fragile Luggage
Check with the Luggage Claim Office adjacent to your baggage carousel.

YYC is pleased to offer complimentary baggage carts! Carts are conveniently located throughout the Airport.
